Sabia Taiman has an active insolvency and creditors’ rights practice, representing clients in local and multi-state bankruptcies. We are well versed in enforcing judgments, negotiating workouts, prosecution and defense of preference and fraudulent conveyance claims, cash collateral orders, monitoring debtors-in-possession and creditors’ committee, and representation of Chapter 7 and 11 trustees. In addition, the business and accounting expertise of our attorneys aids in our aggressive examination of judgment debtors, including the recovery of fraudulent transfers.
