The Firm

Sabia Taiman, LLC is a commercial law firm established in 1994 to serve the legal needs of the business community. We’ve combined the talent and technological sophistication developed at larger firms with the personal attention, responsiveness and flexibility of a smaller firm. Our transactional attorneys and litigators are experienced in commercial litigation, and this knowledge of the rights and remedies available to our clients pervades all of our practice areas.

What we do


Sabia Taiman represents lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of financial transactions, including commercial and industrial loans, asset-based financing, time-share financing, lease financing and specialized guarantee loan programs. The firm also provides representation in the areas of business entity formation, sale and purchase of business entities and contractual issues.

Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy

Sabia Taiman has an active insolvency and creditors’ rights practice, representing clients in local and multi-state bankruptcies. We are well versed in enforcing judgments, negotiating workouts, prosecution and defense of preference and fraudulent conveyance claims, cash collateral orders, monitoring debtors-in-possession and creditors’ committee, and representation of Chapter 7 and 11 trustees. In addition, the business and accounting expertise of our attorneys aids in our aggressive examination of judgment debtors, including the recovery of fraudulent transfers.
